Remove the solution and add an additional 1 to 2 ml of trypsin-EDTA solution. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature （or at 37C） until the cells detach. Add fresh culture medium, aspirate and dispense into new culture flasks.

Storage temperature: liquid nitrogen vapor phase | 常见问题及解决方案: 1、培养瓶有破裂，培养液有漏液：细胞极大可能会污染，所以我们会及时安排帮老师解决。 2、 细胞漂浮：培养瓶不开封，瓶口酒精擦拭后平躺放置在培养箱。次日观察，如细胞大部分又贴回瓶底，表明细胞活力正常，剩余漂浮的细胞可以离心去掉，留10ml培养液培养观察，细胞生长至汇合度80%，进行消化传代；如细胞还是不贴壁，将细胞离心收集转到新培养瓶，原培养瓶加部分培养液继续培养，中间注意观察，我们的技术人员会一直跟踪指导，直到问题解决。 客户收到细胞后请务必仔细阅读细胞注意事项，确保细胞的培养条件*，如果由于培养条件不*导致细胞出现问题，责任由客户自行承担。由于运输的情况，所以极个别细胞会出现不稳定，客户收到细胞后务必*时间和我们，告知细胞具体情况，以便我们技术人员能及时有效的和老师沟通，不胜感谢！ |
